Aegis Ward collects only the minimum data required to deliver parental control functionality:

• Account information (email address, family role) provided during sign-up
• App usage data on managed child devices, processed on-device using Apple's DeviceActivity framework
• Configuration settings (app limits, schedules, content restrictions) stored securely

How We Use Information

• To enforce parental controls configured by the parent or guardian
• To provide usage reports visible only to the parent or guardian
• To operate and improve the app

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is shared only as necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.

Children's Privacy

Aegis Ward is designed to protect children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Usage data on child devices is processed using Apple's on-device frameworks and is accessible only to the parent or guardian account.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
